This music was culled from sessions fiat took place between January and April 1975, first at Sea Saint Studios, New Orleans, and later at Wally Heider Studio in Los Angeles.
The majority of the sessions feature the fifth Wings line-up of
Paul/lead vocals, guitar, bass;
Linda/piano, synthesizer, backing vocals;
Denny Laine/guitar, bass, backing vocals;
Jimmy McCulloch/guitar, backing vocals (lead on Medicine Jar);
and Joe English/drums (it is unknown whether this music features any of Geoff Britton on drums).
Also featured from these sessions and included here is Lunchbox/Odd Sox, this track not seeing an official release (in a different version) till its inclusion as track 3 of the Coming Up single released 11 April 1980.
